About Choctaw High School Jr. ROTC

Choctaw High School AFJROTC is a great place for students who love their country, have an interest in community service, and wish to learn positive character traits. The objectives of AFJROTC are to educate and train high school cadets in citizenship; promote community service; instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline; and provide instruction in air, space, and leadership fundamentals. We actively use military training, aerospace and leadership studies, and physical conditioning to meet these objectives. The management of the unit is led by cadet leaders (students), so as cadets progress through the program, they have the opportunity to earn leadership opportunities.
